An international symposium to discuss the new challenges and opportunities that the convergence between fashion and wearable computing can offer. Recent advances in the hardware and software sectors have, in fact, favoured the diffusion of technological products to wearable computing, whose development and subsequent diffusion could radically change the paradigms of fashion. The symposium is a moment of observation in the field of fashion in order to make the dialogue with technology more fluid and to give rise to wearable devices that meet users’ needs, including aesthetic ones.
