The event aims to present the results of the Digital Do It Yourself (DiDIY) project, funded by the European Commission in the Horizon 2020 programme, which explored and understood the phenomenon of digital DIY and produced guidelines for its effective social dissemination. The event involves, in addition to representatives from the world of research, those from public bodies, industry, education with the aim of discussing the role that Digital Do It Yourself could play in digital skills development programmes, in the definition of digital agendas and in the promotion of best practices in these areas.
